Our Operations Management professional brings more than 4 decades of experience leading the growth and delivering results for a top gas station group in Northern Mexico. Achieving extraordinary operational results which directly impact the bottom line.

A deep understanding of service station operations in the Mexican market, provide SBD’s clients with compliance services for all laws and regulations. Spokesman for Onexpo, the Mexican Fuel Retailers National Organization. Lead lobbying to achieve price matching by Pemex to boarder cities in Northern Mexico. Designed and developed the Service Station Operation Model on which Pemex’s franchise is based on.

OPERATION MANAGEMENT

RETAIL

Our Retail and Pricing professional brings experience and proven results to the team with expertise in retail fuel pricing, the customer experience, brand building, alternative fuels, and payments, among others. His expertise was developed over 3 decades working with the regional market leader of a convenience store chain, his later years spent heading fuel business development.

In 2012, he began a consulting career advising on issues of strategy, organization, operations, and transformation technology. He has been engaged in the emerging Mexican market resulting from deregulation.

Our Supply and Trading professional brings experience and proven expertise to the team, having worked for a major U.S. oil company for 25 years in Refining, Marketing and Supply & Trading as a Products Trader.

After early retirement, he started his own company and for eight years provided service to a client base included various independent gasoline stations, major convenience store chains and several airlines at the three
New York area airports. Services provided included trading and marketing gasoline, jet fuel and diesel in the US Northeast including New York Harbor.
He was recruited to join a major convenience store chain leading their Supply and Trading team.  Several major changes were made to the supply portfolio which helped boost profits dramatically within the first several years.  He developed and implemented a trading program which has consistently generated positive income since implementation.
